Five VIP Tiers — Each with Its Own Cashback Rate
kg999 game VIP program has five tiers from Bronze to Diamond. The weekly cashback rate increases with each tier. Cashback is calculated on your net loss for the week — that is, total amount wagered minus total winnings.
Bronze
Maximum Weekly Cashback
The first step in your VIP journey. Once you start playing regularly, you become eligible for weekly cashback from the Bronze tier.
Silver
Maximum Weekly Cashback
Moving up from Bronze brings a higher cashback rate. Silver members receive a little more reward each active week.
Gold
Maximum Weekly Cashback
At this mid-level tier, the cashback rate increases noticeably. Regular Gold members get more back at the end of each week.
Platinum
Maximum Weekly Cashback
Reaching Platinum means entering a higher level of the VIP experience. Members at this tier receive priority service in addition to weekly cashback.
Diamond
Maximum Weekly Cashback
The highest tier in the kg999 game VIP program. Diamond members receive the highest weekly cashback rate and exclusive VIP benefits.
Cashback on Weekly Net Loss
At the end of each week, kg999 game calculates your net loss — that is, how much you lost that week minus how much you won. Cashback is then paid out at the rate corresponding to your VIP tier, applied to that net loss.
Cashback is added directly to your account and can be withdrawn. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800, and withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Calculation Example
Say you are at the Gold tier and your net loss for the week is ৳20,000.
Cashback = ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 — that is the maximum payout at the Gold tier.
At a higher tier, you receive more cashback on the same net loss. Read the responsible gaming policy to understand how to enjoy VIP benefits while staying within your budget.
How to Move Up to a Higher Tier
kg999 game VIP tiers are not based on fixed deposit thresholds or a specific number of turnovers. Instead, your tier is determined by how regularly and actively you play. Here is a general idea of how it works:
-
Regular participation: Playing actively every day or every week builds a record of your VIP activity. The more consistently active you are, the faster you can move up to a higher tier.
-
Play across different game categories: Activity in slot games, live casino, or sports betting all counts toward your VIP progress.
-
Stay consistent: Playing a large amount in one go does not change your tier. Playing regularly week after week is what leads to an automatic tier upgrade.
-
Automatic evaluation: kg999 game reviews your activity automatically and upgrades you to the appropriate tier. No separate application is needed.

Cashback should never be a reason to play more. kg999 game does not support playing beyond your set budget in order to move up a VIP tier. Cashback applies only to money you have already lost — it is not a way to recover losses, but a small recognition for active members.
Set your own limits, stick to your budget, and seek help if you feel something is wrong. See the responsible gaming guidelines for more information.
